These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ESkoolHub website, mobile apps and services (together, the "Service"). ESkoolHub is a product of Elevate Consulting Services ("Elevate", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
Schools are responsible for the accounts they create and for the accuracy of the data they upload. Users must keep their login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under their account. Parent accounts are linked to students by the school.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful, school-related communication.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Do not use the Service to send spam or content unrelated to the school community.
3. Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans are billed per student on the cycle stated at sign-up. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for the period already used.
4. Free trial
We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial, the school may choose a paid plan or discontinue. We may modify or withdraw trial offers at any time.
5. Your data
Schools retain ownership of the data they upload. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data for that purpose.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, update features, or suspend access where necessary to protect the Service or its users.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Elevate Consulting Services and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESkoolHub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
A school may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, we will make the school's data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
