You'll own features end-to-end across our web dashboard and APIs — the tools school offices use every day to send notices, manage fees and publish results. Expect real ownership: from schema to ship, in a small team where your work reaches thousands of parents within weeks.
What you'll do
- Design, build and ship features across the stack (React/TypeScript front end, Node.js APIs, PostgreSQL).
- Model data and build reliable services for fees, attendance, results and notifications.
- Care for performance, security and data privacy — student data is sacred.
- Review code, mentor teammates and help shape our engineering practices.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building and shipping production web applications.
- Strong with JavaScript/TypeScript, a modern front-end framework, and a relational database.
- Comfort owning a feature from ambiguity to launch, and debugging production issues.
- Bonus: experience with cloud infra, mobile, or ed-tech/fintech.

What you'll do
- Build and maintain our Flutter app for Android and iOS.
- Implement push notifications, offline support and smooth, accessible UI.
- Work closely with design and backend to ship polished, reliable features.
- Own app-store releases, crash monitoring and performance.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of mobile development, including solid Flutter/Dart experience.
- A strong eye for detail, performance and UX on real devices.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, state management and push notifications (FCM/APNs).
- Bonus: native Android/iOS knowledge.

You'll shape how schools and parents experience ESkoolHub — from the office dashboard to the parent app. We care deeply about clarity: a class teacher should send a notice in ten seconds, with no training.
What you'll do
- Own flows end-to-end: research, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI.
- Design for a wide range of users — administrators, teachers and parents across devices and literacy levels.
- Maintain and grow our design system in partnership with engineering.
- Validate ideas with real schools and iterate quickly.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years designing digital products, with a portfolio that shows shipped work.
- Fluency in Figma and strong interaction and visual-design skills.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into obvious interfaces.
- Bonus: experience designing for Bharat / regional users or mobile-first products.

You'll be the friendly expert who gets a school live in a day — importing their data, setting up classes and making sure the first notice reaches every parent. You turn new schools into confident, happy users.
What you'll do
- Guide schools through setup: data import, configuration and staff training.
- Run short onboarding calls and build simple guides and templates.
- Be the first point of contact for questions in the crucial first weeks.
- Share what you hear with product and engineering to make onboarding smoother.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer success, onboarding, training or school administration.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi (more languages a plus).
- Patience, empathy and comfort with spreadsheets and mobile apps.
- Bonus: experience in ed-tech or working directly with schools.

You'll help schools discover a better way to reach parents. From first conversation to signed pilot, you'll run demos, build trust with principals and administrators, and grow ESkoolHub across your region.
What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to schools, and book and run product demos.
- Understand each school's needs and show how ESkoolHub fits.
- Manage your pipeline and close pilots and subscriptions.
- Work with onboarding to hand over new schools smoothly.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in B2B or institutional sales (ed-tech or SaaS preferred).
- Confident presenter, strong follow-through, and a consultative style.
- Willingness to travel to schools within your region.
- Fluency in English and the local language of your territory.
