- A list of classes and sections (e.g. Nursery to Class 10, sections A–D).
- Student names with their class/section — and a guardian phone number where available.
- One point of contact at the school (usually the office administrator).
- Optional: your fee structure, if you'd like to enable fees from day one.
What you won't need
- No servers or IT setup — ESkoolHub runs entirely in the cloud.

Onboarding support
Every school gets a dedicated onboarding specialist for the first two weeks, plus WhatsApp and email support thereafter. Growth and Group plans include priority support and a named account manager.
